Whether you require one workstation or to outfit an entire office space…

STEP 1. We ask questions, listen to you, and collect information about your office furniture requirements.

How much space does each worker require? What are their storage and filing requirements? How much privacy do they need? By discussing your requirements in detail and asking a lot of questions we make sure we know exactly what you need.

STEP 2. We measure your space and note details such as: electrical outlet locations, data locations, windows, heating vents and columns.

If your office is new constructions we can work off your office space plan or the AutoCAD file provided by your architect.

STEP 3. We will create a floor plan for you based on steps one and two. We will present the floor plan to you in detail and it will include both 2 dimensional and 3 dimensional renderings.

STEP 4. After you have reviewed the floor plan, we will make any necessary changes based upon your feedback. This process could include several revisions until you are fully satisfied with the floor plan and approve it.

STEP 5. We will help you choose the office furniture that best suits your needs and present you with a detailed quotation which will include delivery and installation.

STEP 6. Once you have approved the proposal we will help you choose your furniture color scheme to make sure it coordinates with your wall and carpet colors.

STEP 7. We will order all your furniture and continuously track your order until it arrives.

STEP 8. We will receive your furniture, organize and stage it, then deliver and execute the installation based upon your floor plan. We can even accommodate late night and weekend installations so we do not interrupt your work day.

STEP 9. Once your furniture has been installed, we will do a “walk-through” with you and review the entire job. We will address any deficiencies or imperfections and make sure that your are completely satisfied with your furniture investment.
